Steve
Co-Founder
Preconstruction & Project Manager
Steve is a licensed commercial builder and holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science and Project Management. He is a highly skilled Preconstruction and Project Manager, and now a Director.
With over 20 years in the business, he has managed projects worth up to $65 million and has worked in design and estimation roles for a variety of commercial projects ranging from manufacturing, childcare, retail and fuel, and government facilities.

Leigh
Co-Founder
Construction Manager & OHS
Leigh is an experienced construction professional that has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He has a degree in Construction Management and holds both Commercial and Domestic Building Licences.
Leigh has come through the ranks via a site based path working his way up from Graduate, Coordinator, Foreman, Site Manager,
Operations Manager and
now Director.

Hannah
Co-Founder
Business Manager
Hannah is an experienced businesses development and organisation manager, specialising in staff and client relationships. She has earned both Bachelors and Masters Degrees, and holds a strong focus on company and client Wellbeing.
Hannah’s experience in construction and Buyer’s Advocacy offers a diverse level of expertise to the team.
